Qualifications

Must be a current member in good standing with IBEW Local 124

• Commercial electrical experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and install electrical systems according to code and project specifications.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

The Estimator / Project Manager is responsible for developing accurate project estimates, securing new work, and managing projects from award through closeout. This role works closely with clients, general contractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills are essential, along with the ability to build lasting relationships that reflect Skillset Electric’s commitment to integrity, excellence, and customer service.
